Ingredients
Scale
- 1 acorn squash
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the acorn squash in half and scoop out the seeds.
- Brush the inside of the squash with olive oil.
- Sprinkle brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt on the squash.
- Place the squash halves in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes or until tender.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve warm.

- Adjust cooking time based on the size of the squash.
- Try adding maple syrup for extra sweetness.
