Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the acorn squash in half and scoop out the seeds.
- Brush the cut sides with olive oil.
- Sprinkle salt, pepper, and cinnamon on the squash.
- Place the squash halves in the air fryer basket cut side up.
- Cook for 25 minutes or until tender.
- Serve warm.
