Ingredients

  • 2 ahi tuna steaks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and soy sauce.
  3. Brush the mixture onto both sides of the tuna steaks.
  4. Place the tuna steaks in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 5-7 minutes for medium-rare, adjusting time for desired doneness.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
