- 2 ahi tuna steaks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and soy sauce.
- Brush the mixture onto both sides of the tuna steaks.
- Place the tuna steaks in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes for medium-rare, adjusting time for desired doneness.
- Remove from the air fryer and sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
