Instructions
- Mix cooked risotto, mozzarella, Parmesan, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Form the mixture into small balls.
- Dip each ball into the beaten egg.
- Roll the balls in breadcrumbs to coat.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place the arancini balls in the basket in a single layer.
- Air fry at 375°F for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
