Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, and cornstarch.
  2. Add chicken to the bowl and coat well.
  3. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
  5. Place chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Check for doneness; chicken should reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
