Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
- Season chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket.
- Cut potatoes into wedges and season them.
- Add potatoes to the air fryer after chicken cooks for 10 minutes.
- Chop broccoli and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Add broccoli to the air fryer for the last 5 minutes of cooking.
- Prepare a cheese and egg mixture for a frittata.
- Pour mixture into a greased baking dish and place in the air fryer.
- Cook frittata for 10-12 minutes until set.
