- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 ½ cups almond milk
- 1 medium apple, diced

- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the oats, almond milk, diced apple, cinnamon, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Grease muffin cups or silicone molds.
- Pour the mixture evenly into the cups or molds.
- Place the cups in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes.
- Check for doneness; they should be set and lightly browned.
- Let them cool for a few minutes before removing from the molds.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Reheat in the air fryer or microwave before serving.
- Feel free to add nuts or dried fruits for extra flavor.
