Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Add beef cubes to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
- Thread the marinated beef onto skewers.
- Place the skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
