- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix blueberries with half of the brown sugar.
- In another bowl, combine oats, remaining brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add melted butter to the oat mixture and mix well.
- In an air fryer-safe dish, layer the blueberries and then top with the oat mixture.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes or until the topping is golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve with vanilla ice cream for extra flavor.
- You can substitute other fruits if desired.
- Adjust sugar based on the sweetness of the blueberries.
