Ingredients
- Ground beef – 1 pound
- Salt – 1 teaspoon
- Pepper – 1/2 teaspoon
- Garlic powder – 1/2 teaspoon
- Onion powder – 1/2 teaspoon
- Cheese slices – 4 (optional)
- Burger buns – 4
- Lettuce – leaves for topping
- Tomato – sliced for topping
- Pickles – for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Form the mixture into four equal patties.
- Place the patties in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- If using cheese, add a slice on each patty during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
- Remove patties and let them rest for a few minutes.
- Assemble burgers with buns, lettuce, tomato, and pickles.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time for thicker patties.
- You can use turkey or chicken instead of beef.
