- 1 avocado, diced

- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine brown rice, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and taco seasoning.
- Drizzle olive oil over the mixture and stir to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Remove from the air fryer and top with diced avocado and shredded cheese.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
