Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add water to the dry ingredients and stir until smooth.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, coating it evenly.
- Place the coated cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove the cauliflower and toss it in buffalo sauce.
- Return to the air fryer and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
