Air fryer cauliflower wings: 5 Crispy and Guilt-Free Ways

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add water to the flour mixture and stir until smooth.
  4. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it’s coated.
  5. Place the coated florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. Remove the wings and toss in buffalo sauce.
  8. Return the wings to the air fryer and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

Notes

  • Adjust the spice level by adding more or less buffalo sauce.
  • Serve with celery sticks and ranch dressing.
