- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add water to the flour mixture and stir until smooth.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it’s coated.
- Place the coated florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove the wings and toss in buffalo sauce.
- Return the wings to the air fryer and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less buffalo sauce.
- Serve with celery sticks and ranch dressing.
