- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add water to the flour mixture and stir until smooth.
- Dip cauliflower florets into the batter, coating evenly.
- Place the coated cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- In a separate bowl, mix hot sauce and melted butter.
- Toss the cooked cauliflower in the hot sauce mixture.
- Return to the air fryer and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
