Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add water to the flour mixture and stir until smooth.
  4. Dip cauliflower florets into the batter, coating evenly.
  5. Place the coated cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  7. In a separate bowl, mix hot sauce and melted butter.
  8. Toss the cooked cauliflower in the hot sauce mixture.
  9. Return to the air fryer and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  10. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
