- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp fajita seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small flour tortillas
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- In a bowl, mix chicken, bell peppers, onion, olive oil, fajita seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Place the mixture in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
- Serve the chicken and veggies in tortillas.

- Serve with salsa or guacamole.
