- 1 pound chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups cooked rice
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken with olive oil and spices for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the marinated chicken in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove the chicken and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Slice the chicken and serve it over cooked rice.
- Garnish with fresh parsley.
