- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- In a bowl, combine diced chicken and taco seasoning.
- Toss chicken with olive oil until fully coated.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Warm tortillas in the air fryer for 2 minutes.
- Assemble tacos with chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and sour cream.
- Serve immediately.
