- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
- In a bowl, mix chicken, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken mixture to the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Warm the tortillas in a pan or microwave.
- Assemble tacos with chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and sour cream.
