Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs.
  3. In another bowl, combine almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Dip each chicken tender in the egg, then coat with the almond flour mixture.
  5. Place the coated chicken tenders in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Remove and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
