Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a saucepan, combine water and butter. Bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in flour and salt until a dough forms.
- Let the dough cool slightly, then add eggs and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
- Transfer dough to a piping bag with a star tip.
- Pipe churro shapes onto parchment paper.
- Cook in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Roll churros in the mixture.
