- 1 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a saucepan, combine water, 2 tablespoons sugar, and salt.
- Bring to a boil, then remove from heat and stir in flour.
- Add vegetable oil and vanilla extract, mix until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a piping bag.
- Pipe churros into the air fryer basket in desired lengths.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix remaining sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Coat churros in the sugar mixture after cooking.
Notes
- Ensure the churros do not touch in the air fryer.
- Experiment with different coatings if desired.
- Serve with chocolate sauce for dipping.
