- 2 pounds of baby potatoes

- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Wash and halve the baby potatoes.
- In a bowl, mix potatoes with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Check for crispness and cook an additional 5 minutes if needed.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
