Instructions
- Boil the baby potatoes until tender.
- Drain and let them cool slightly.

- Smash each potato with a fork or the bottom of a glass.
- Drizzle olive oil over the smashed potatoes.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
