- 1 lb baby potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Boil the baby potatoes until tender.
- Drain and let them cool slightly.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Smash each potato with a fork.
- Drizzle olive oil on top of the smashed potatoes.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper evenly.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
