Air Fryer Deviled Eggs: 7 Reasons You’ll Love Them

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place eggs in the air fryer basket.
  2. Set temperature to 270°F (130°C) and cook for 15 minutes.
  3. Transfer eggs to an ice bath for 5 minutes.
  4. Peel the eggs and slice them in half.
  5. Remove yolks and place in a bowl.
  6. Add mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper to the yolks.
  7. Mash and mix until smooth.
  8. Fill egg whites with yolk mixture.
  9. Sprinkle paprika on top for garnish.
