Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Using a small cookie scoop, drop batter into the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove and let cool slightly.
- Toss in powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
- Make sure not to overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- You can add cinnamon to the sugar for extra flavor.
