Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for coating)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
  5. Using a small cookie scoop, drop batter into the air fryer basket.
  6. Air fry for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Remove and let cool slightly.
  8. Toss in powdered sugar before serving.

Notes

  • Make sure not to overcrowd the air fryer basket.
