Air-Fryer Falafel Patties: 5 Irresistible Healthy Delights

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a food processor, combine chickpeas, parsley, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add flour and mix until combined.
  4. Form the mixture into small patties.
  5. Brush patties with olive oil.
  6. Place patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.

Notes

  • Serve with tahini sauce or yogurt.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
  • Can be frozen for future use.
