Ingredients

  • 4 fish fillets
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut potatoes into chips and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place chips in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes.
  4. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
  5. Dredge each fish fillet in flour, dip in eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  6. Place fish fillets in the air fryer basket.
  7. Cook fish for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Serve fish fillets with chips.
