- 4 fish fillets
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 medium potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut potatoes into chips and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place chips in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes.
- Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each fish fillet in flour, dip in eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place fish fillets in the air fryer basket.
- Cook fish for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve fish fillets with chips.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Try with tartar sauce or lemon wedges.
- Use any firm white fish for best results.
