Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut potatoes into thick strips and soak in water for 30 minutes.
- Drain potatoes and pat dry.
- Coat potatoes with olive oil spray and season with salt.
- Place potatoes in the air fryer and cook for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs mixed with paprika and garlic powder.
- Dip each fish fillet in flour, then eggs, then breadcrumbs.
- Place fish fillets in the air fryer and spray with olive oil.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
- Serve fish fillets with chips and your favorite sauce.

- Serve with tartar sauce or lemon wedges.
