- 4 fish fillets (cod or haddock)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 large potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Peel and cut the potatoes into chips.
- In a bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Dip each fish fillet in the flour mixture, then in beaten eggs, and finally in breadcrumbs.
- Toss the potato chips in olive oil and season with salt.
- Place the fish fillets in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Add the potato chips to the basket and cook for an additional 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve with lemon wedges and tartar sauce.
