Ingredients

  • 4 fish fillets (cod or haddock)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 large potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel and cut the potatoes into chips.
  3. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Dip each fish fillet in the flour mixture, then in beaten eggs, and finally in breadcrumbs.
  5. Toss the potato chips in olive oil and season with salt.
  6. Place the fish fillets in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway.
  7. Add the potato chips to the basket and cook for an additional 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
  8. Serve with lemon wedges and tartar sauce.
