Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken thighs in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Remove chicken from buttermilk and coat with the flour mixture.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  5. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  6. Place chicken in the basket in a single layer.
  7. Spray the chicken with cooking spray.
  8. Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.

Notes

  • Adjust seasoning to taste.
  • For extra crunch, double coat the chicken.
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
