- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in buttermilk for at least 2 hours.
- In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Coat each piece of chicken in the flour mixture.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check internal temperature; it should be 165°F (75°C).

- Adjust spices according to taste.
- Let chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Can use a mix of chicken pieces.
