Air Fryer Fruit Tartlets: 5 Deliciously Guilt-Free Treats

Delicious air fryer fruit tartlets with a crispy crust and fresh fruit topping.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon of cold water
  • 1 cup of assorted fresh fruits (berries, kiwi, etc.)
  • 1/2 cup of cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt.
  2. Add softened butter and mix until crumbly.
  3. Stir in egg yolk and cold water to form a dough.
  4. Chill the dough for 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  6. Roll out the dough and cut into circles.
  7. Press the dough into tartlet molds.
  8. Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden.
  9. Let tartlets cool.
  10. In another bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla.
  11. Fill cooled tartlets with cream cheese mixture.
  12. Top with fresh fruits.

  • Adjust sugar based on fruit sweetness.
