Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Grate the potatoes and soak them in cold water for 10 minutes.
  3. Drain and dry the potatoes thoroughly.
  4. In a bowl, mix the grated potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and onion powder.
  5. Spread the potato mixture in the air fryer basket in an even layer.
  6. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through for even cooking.
