Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Grate the potatoes and soak them in cold water for 10 minutes.
- Drain and dry the potatoes thoroughly.
- In a bowl, mix the grated potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and onion powder.
- Spread the potato mixture in the air fryer basket in an even layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through for even cooking.
- Check for desired crispiness, and cook longer if needed.
