- 10 jalapeño peppers
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the jalapeño peppers in half and remove the seeds.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
- Dip each filled jalapeño in breadcrumbs, coating evenly.
- Place jalapeños in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove and let cool before serving.
Notes
- You can adjust the spice level by leaving some seeds in the jalapeños.
- Feel free to add cooked bacon bits for extra flavor.
