Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add chicken thighs to the marinade and coat evenly.
  3. Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  5. Place the marinated chicken in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Check for doneness; chicken should reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

Notes

  • Adjust the spice level by adding more or less gochujang.
  • Serve with rice or vegetables.
