Ingredients

- 2 lbs pork belly
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 bay leaf
- Cooking oil spray
Instructions
- In a pot, combine pork belly, water, salt, pepper, garlic, and bay leaf.
- Boil for 30 minutes until tender.
- Remove pork and let it cool.
- Pat the pork belly dry with paper towels.
- Score the skin with a knife.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking oil.
- Place pork belly in the air fryer and spray the top with oil.
- Cook at 400°F for 25-30 minutes until skin is crispy.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve with vinegar dip or soy sauce.
