Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a pot, combine pork belly, water, salt, pepper, garlic, and bay leaf.
  2. Boil for 30 minutes until tender.
  3. Remove pork and let it cool.
  4. Pat the pork belly dry with paper towels.
  5. Score the skin with a knife.
  6. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking oil.
  7. Place pork belly in the air fryer and spray the top with oil.
  8. Cook at 400°F for 25-30 minutes until skin is crispy.
  9. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, cook for an additional 5 minutes.
