- 1 package pizza dough
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup pepperoni, chopped
- 1/4 cup marinara sauce
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
- Cut dough into circles using a cookie cutter.
- In a bowl, mix mozzarella, ricotta, pepperoni, and Italian seasoning.
- Place a spoonful of filling on one half of each dough circle.
- Add a small amount of marinara sauce on top of the filling.
- Fold the dough over and seal the edges with a fork.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Place calzones in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- Adjust filling to your taste.
- Serve with extra marinara sauce for dipping.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
