Ingredients

  • 1 package pizza dough
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni, chopped
  • 1/4 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
  3. Cut dough into circles using a cookie cutter.
  4. In a bowl, mix mozzarella, ricotta, pepperoni, and Italian seasoning.
  5. Place a spoonful of filling on one half of each dough circle.
  6. Add a small amount of marinara sauce on top of the filling.
  7. Fold the dough over and seal the edges with a fork.
  8. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
  9. Place calzones in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  10. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
