Air Fryer Mocha Brownies: 5 Steps to Chocolate Bliss

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter and sugar until combined.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract, and mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until smooth.
  6. Stir in the brewed coffee and chocolate chips.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased air fryer-safe pan.
  8. Cook in the air fryer for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cool before cutting into squares.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container.
  • Can be topped with whipped cream or ice cream.
