Ingredients

  • 1 large onion, sliced into rings
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the onion into rings.
  3. In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Dip each onion ring into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  5. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  6. Place the onion rings in a single layer in the basket.
  7. Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
  8. Remove and let cool before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust seasoning as per your taste.
  • For extra flavor, add parmesan to the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Make sure onion rings do not overlap in the air fryer.
