- 1 large onion, sliced into rings
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the onion into rings.
- In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each onion ring into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place the onion rings in a single layer in the basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
- Remove and let cool before serving.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning as per your taste.
- For extra flavor, add parmesan to the breadcrumb mixture.
- Make sure onion rings do not overlap in the air fryer.
