- 4 pork loin chops
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Pound the pork chops to about 1/4 inch thickness.
- Season the flour with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Coat each pork chop in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place the schnitzels in the basket in a single layer, making sure they do not touch.
- Spray the tops of the schnitzels with cooking spray.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Serve with lemon wedges for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
