Ingredients

  • 4 pork loin chops
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Pound the pork chops to about 1/4 inch thickness.
  2. Season the flour with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Coat each pork chop in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  6. Place the schnitzels in the basket in a single layer, making sure they do not touch.
  7. Spray the tops of the schnitzels with cooking spray.
  8. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
