- 1 package of refrigerated ravioli (9 oz)
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon of water
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the egg with water.
- Dip each ravioli in the egg mixture, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the ravioli in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

- Use any type of ravioli, fresh or frozen.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- For extra crunch, spray ravioli with cooking oil before air frying.
