- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- 4 hoagie rolls
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/2 cup remoulade sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs and Cajun seasoning.
- Dredge shrimp in flour, dip in egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Assemble the sandwiches with shrimp, lettuce, tomato, and remoulade sauce in the rolls.

- Serve immediately for best texture.
