Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs and Cajun seasoning.
  3. Dredge shrimp in flour, dip in egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Place shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
  6. Assemble the sandwiches with shrimp, lettuce, tomato, and remoulade sauce in the rolls.
