- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup cabbage, shredded
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
- Place shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook shrimp for 6-8 minutes until pink and cooked through.
- Warm corn tortillas in a pan or microwave.
- Assemble tacos by adding shrimp, cabbage, avocado, and cilantro to tortillas.
- Serve with lime wedges.
