Air-Fryer Stuffed Chicken Breast: 5-Minute Flavor Explosion

A delicious air-fryer recipe for stuffed chicken breast filled with spinach and feta.

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix spinach, feta, cream cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cut a pocket in each chicken breast.
  4. Stuff each pocket with the spinach and feta mixture.
  5. Brush the outside of the chicken with olive oil.
  6. Place the stuffed chicken in the air fryer basket.
  7. Cook for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  8. Let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
