- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- ½ cup sour cream
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet until browned.
- Add taco seasoning and mix well.
- Place a tortilla in the air fryer basket.
- Add a spoonful of beef mixture on one side of the tortilla.
- Fold the tortilla and secure with a toothpick if needed.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas.
- Air fry for 6-8 minutes until crispy.
- Serve with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and sour cream.
