- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons tandoori spice mix
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, tandoori spice mix, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
- Add chicken breasts to the marinade. Coat well and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Place marinated chicken breasts in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate overnight.
- Serve with a side of salad or rice.
