Ingredients

- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon water
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
- Marinate chicken breasts in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Remove chicken from marinade and place in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- In a small saucepan, combine cornstarch and water, then add marinade and heat until thickened.
- Drizzle the thickened sauce over the chicken before serving.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time for larger chicken breasts.
- Serve with rice or vegetables for a complete meal.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
