Ingredients

  • 1 block firm tofu, pressed and drained
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
  2. Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes.
  3. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, cornstarch, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the tofu cubes to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Place the tofu in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the tofu for 30 minutes before cooking.
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
