Ingredients

  • 1 block firm tofu, drained and pressed
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes.
  3. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add tofu cubes to the bowl and toss to coat.
  5. Place the tofu in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. Remove and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, marinate the tofu for 30 minutes before cooking.
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
